Lettings Administrator
Location: Harrow, London
Salary: £27k - £29k + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (46 hours)
The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, offering a full range of services including Sales, Lettings, and Property Management.
The Role:
As a Lettings Administrator, you will assist the Branch Manager, Lettings Manager, and Negotiators with all administrative tasks within the branch.
Responsibilities:
Manage new move-ins from offer to completion.
Process references and qualify applicants.
Handle move-in payments.
Create contracts and move-in paperwork.
Coordinate necessary move-in works, ensuring legal compliance.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming tenants.
Arrange inventory check-outs when applicable.
Ensure return of keys at the end of tenancies.
Inform tenants of any charges deducted from deposits and mediate negotiations.
Requirements:
Previously worked for at least 1 years as a Lettings Administrator or in a similar role.
Possess relevant qualificatios.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
Full UK driving licence and car
