About the Role:

The Mortgage Competitions Manager will be responsible for managing a pipeline of cases in a fast-paced environment, dealing with workflows and prioritizing accordingly. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth assessment and completion of Buy to Let applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of cases, prioritizing tasks and workflows to meet deadlines
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Underwriters, Credit Admin, Risk, Branches, and BDMs, to ensure smooth assessment and completion of Buy to Let applications
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including Solicitors, Customers, brokers, and Valuers, to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and competency of Buy To Let / Asset-backed loans in the UK
  • Knowledge of mortgage completions and post-offer administration activities
  • Hands-on experience in managing post-offer documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
