Your new role
Preparing/updating structure charts for the group as required
Going through daily post and distributing to various parties, internal and external
Managing directors' diaries and arranging meetings
Organising team events and setting up meeting rooms
Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for directors
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
Maintaining and updating contact lists and databases
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience in an administrative role
Proficient usage of Microsoft Suite and Excel (MUST be able to do VLOOKUP's and other data functions)
Excellent organisation and time management skills
High attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Desirable to have a Background in Real Estate
