Job Title: Children's Wellbeing Practitioner
Location: MID Essex (Braintree, Chelmsford, and Maldon)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Role Overview:
We are looking FOR CYP Practitioners to conduct initial assessments and provide face-to-face therapy to children and adolescents. This role requires travelling across Braintree, Chelmsford, and Maldon. Practitioners will work 7.5 hours a day, with shifts arranged in collaboration with the manager, as our services are available until 8pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive initial assessments of children and adolescents.
- Deliver face-to-face therapeutic interventions based on best practices.
- Travel to various locations within MID Essex (Braintree, Chelmsford, and Maldon).
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support young people's mental health.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
*Requirements:*
- Relevant professional qualification
- Proven experience in CAMHS settings, including initial assessments and therapy delivery.
- Ability to travel across specified locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
*Work Schedule:*
- 7.5 hours per day.
- Flexible times to be agreed with the manager, with service delivery extending up to 8pm.
