Key duties and responsibilities:
Reconciling bank statements
Managing and reconciliation of Petty Cash
VAT Submission
Invoice imputing and payment
Sending copy invoices and credit notes to customers
Raising and investigating Credit Notes
Opening new accounts
Updating database with new products
Investigate invoice queries
Entering purchase orders onto sageEssential skills and qualities:
Upbeat and positive attitude
Strong IT skills (knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous, but not essential)
High degree of accuracy
