The Role
NYKays Recruitment Ltd are looking for experienced, driven and resilient individuals to come and join our team, in establishing, developing and advancing the expansion of our ever growing business. The primary function of this role is to help people who have a passion in education, to find suitable roles within schools and establish long lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, your main objectives will be to:
* Source candidates through job boards
* Complete candidate vetting and registration process
* Conduct compliance checks for candidates in line with current government guidance
* Conduct face to face interviews
* Create candidate profiles
* Allocate suitable candidates to school vacancies
* Support candidates throughout their journey in finding suitable work placement
* Establish strong long-term relationships through effective communication and networking
* Deliver the best quality support to schools by allocating candidates to suitable vacancies
* Create and publish job adverts for attention of clients and candidates
* Excel in a data inputting and management to ensure accurate record keeping

* Have a passion for the difference that education can make to young people
* Experience working as a recruitment resourcer (Education recruitment background is desirable but not necessary)
* Passionate about meeting targets and working in a competitive environment
* Determined, motivated to succeed, resilient, driven, energetic, enthusiastic, ambitious and career driven.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Have a keen up for detail and able to prioritise workload in a busy fast paced environment.
* Exceptional listening skills and a passion to understand peoples needs and backgrounds.
* Enjoy teamwork and ability to help build a cohesive, fun and hardworking team.
* Knowledge and understanding in safeguarding is vital (But we can also train and guide you so not to worry)
