We are in search of a Project Coordinator to lead a pivotal software implementation initiative within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing software-related projects, particularly within the financial services or insurance domains.

Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, especially in Azure, is highly beneficial.

Key Duties:

  • Project Strategy and Management: Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution to guarantee the effective execution of software implementation projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including business users, IT departments, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Agile Practices: Direct and manage the project utilizing Agile methodologies, facilitating planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and address project risks and challenges, ensuring timely communication and resolution to maintain project momentum.
  • Quality Control: Supervise the quality assurance process, ensuring that outputs meet established standards and specifications.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Create and present regular updates on project status, ensuring that all project documentation is current and comprehensive.
  • Financial Oversight: Track project budgets and spending, ensuring efficient resource utilization and reporting on financial metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving work culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in software implementation.
  • Background in the financial services or insurance sector is highly preferred.
  • Experience with cloud solutions, especially on Microsoft Azure, is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
