Your responsibilities include:
Contract Management:
Oversee and manage all contracts related to fuel management.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to meet contractual requirements.
Request Processing:
Thoroughly process all incoming requests, paying attention to detail.
Input relevant information into the company's InspHire system.
Documentation:
Maintain a comprehensive manual contract file, including signed delivery and collection notes.
Liaise with external tanker companies to ensure accurate delivery details.
Administration:
Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
Delivery Control:
Manage deliveries using the depot-based refuelling system, optimising vehicle utilisation.
Data Management:
Regularly update relevant spreadsheets (as applicable) and promptly address any concerns.
Monitor strategic sets on hire via telemetry for efficient refuelling.
Lubricant Deliveries:
Arrange bulk deliveries of lubricants to all depots.
Purchase Orders:
Raise purchase orders and ensure adherence to the correct process.
Equipment Calibration:
Maintain the company's calibration spreadsheet for all electrical test equipment.
Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Supplier Relations:
Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive rates weekly.
Effective Communication:
Collaborate with staff at all levels within the organisation.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
Fulfil any reasonable ad-hoc duties assigned by your direct Line Manager or the Management Team.Qualifications:
Strong organisational skills
Attention to detail
Effective communication abilities
Proficiency in relevant software systems.
Knowledge of fuel management processes
