Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and be the main point of contact for all product, delivery, and billing questions.
* Chasing deliveries with suppliers
* Sending out proof of delivery
* Dealing with customer queries and questions via phone and email
* Arranging replacements on faulty items
* Escalating any issues to senior management
* Arranging warranty claims
* Speak with various departments to discuss stock product and orders
* Respond to online queries through the online chat
* Ad-hoc customer service duties
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a customer service role and be able to provide a high level of customer service
