Stores Assistant / Cellar Person
Where will you be working?
Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned's Club, a private members' space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms. Our stores team work out of our cellar and deliver products around the whole building.
What will you be doing?
- You will receive, store, and issue all beverages and consumables around the building
- You will monitor par levels and stock rotation, alongside raising order requests to replenish and keep our outlets fully stocked
- You will be responsible for checking the quantity and quality of all deliveries you receive, reporting any discrepancies
- You will process all related paperwork and log it into our systems
- You will ensure our storage areas are well organised and maintained at all times
