Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Stores. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales results, providing best-in-class customer service, and overseeing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales results by analyzing business trends and providing strategic recommendations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes
  • Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to drive business results
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll to ensure optimal store performance
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to drive business results
  • Ensure a safe and secure store environment through effective asset protection practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
