About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a diverse and talented team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with day-to-day store operations, including managing stock, handling customer queries, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store performance, including analysing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a culture of excellence and customer obsession.

  • Proven experience in a people-management role, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
