Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Stores in Covent Garden. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales results, providing best-in-class customer service, and overseeing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales results by analyzing business trends and providing strategic recommendations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes
  • Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll
  • Ensure store presentation and sales floor supervision
  • Implement OMNI channel fulfillment and asset protection strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and inclusion & diversity awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Team building and self-starter skills
  • Drive to achieve results and multi-tasking abilities
  • Fashion interest and knowledge
