Incident Response Operations Manager at Sportradar, London
Thank you for considering a career at Sportradar. As the leading sports technology company globally, we're on the hunt for an Incident Response Operations Manager to join our team in London. This pivotal role balances hands-on incident response with the strategic development of our incident management procedures, ensuring our operations run smoothly with minimal disruptions.
What you'd be doing:
- Lead and Innovate: You'll not only participate in but lead our incident command process, steering the team through high-pressure situations with confidence and expertise.
- Develop and Mentor: Beyond managing incidents, you'll have a hand in nurturing our team's growth, improving our processes, and enhancing our incident response and observability tooling.
- Drive Decisions with Data: Your work will ensure we're collecting quality data points, laying the groundwork for informed, effective decision-making.
