A fantastic opportunity is available to join a leading global organization that is seeking a skilled marketing specialist with expertise in digital marketing. As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
You will play a pivotal role reporting directly to the Managing Director and contributing to the organization's overall marketing strategy.
This is an independent role, however, you will receive support from the European Marketing team.
Job Requirements:
- Developing innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with the overarching marketing strategy.
- Managing and updating website content.
- Creating engaging content such as articles, graphics, videos, and interactive media to resonate with the target audience.
- Implementing strategies to increase website traffic through SEM, SEO, and PPC.
- Managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Overseeing and reporting analytics for LinkedIn.
- Collaborating with global partners and cross-functional teams to build strong marketing programs.
- Collecting customer testimonials and case studies to enhance the organization's brand.
- Managing the organization's Amazon shop and products.
- Supporting new product launches, events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Handling the digital marketing budget, including directing Google Ad spend and allocating budgets across various channels.
- Providing regular digital dashboards to the Leadership Team to track progress against KPIs.
- Print advertising and editorials.
Your Profile:
- Prior experience in a digital marketing role within an organization.
- Proven success in implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
- Ability to work independently, innovate processes, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and can manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
