Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. Financial Accountability: Manage the product budget, track financial performance, and ensure products meet revenue, profitability, and cost control targets. Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a deep understanding of user needs through continuous customer engagement, feedback analysis, and user testing. Product Launch Excellence: Work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and customer training materials. KPI-Driven Decision-Making: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.Key skills and experience required.
Strong fundamental Product Management skills, precious involvement in the end-to-end product lifecycle from development to decommissioning. Demonstrable experience of building and scaling product(s), ideally within banking/insurance/finance. Strong visionary - ability to define and iterate product visions and concepts to key stakeholders. Dedication to delivering exceptional products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, detailing business justification. An expert in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and strategy documents. People management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience in coaching Product professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
