Job Title: Executive Assistant to Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Principal of City College Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead on the efficient provision of administrative support to the Principal and Senior Management Team
  • Supervise relevant staff and undertake Designated Safeguarding Lead duties in the absence of the Executive Manager
  • Provide high-level office duties as required, including communication with visitors and staff

Requirements:

  • Extensive senior-level PA experience
  • NVQ III or equivalent in administration or recognised secretarial/business qualification
  • Strong eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Highly developed communication skills and a proactive approach

Working Arrangements:

  • 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Based at City College Norwich, Ipswich Road campus, with potential to work at other campuses
