As a Support Worker at Leonard Cheshire, you'll be an integral part of an exceptional team. Your duties will vary each day, but here are some of the responsibilities you'll undertake:

  • Assisting with daily tasks like personal care, administering medication, and meal times.
  • Accompanying and aiding individuals within the facility, at external functions, and appointments.

  • Be willing to work within scheduled hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
