One YMCA is seeking a dedicated Youth Development Specialist to join our Airplay program at RAF Valley. In this role, you will lead a team of youth workers, delivering engaging activities and programs for children aged 5 to 18.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of youth workers in providing exceptional youth development services.
  • Design and implement dynamic group sessions, activities, and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of young people.
  • Collaborate with the Airplay staff team, young people, and the local RAF Community Support team to develop a comprehensive holiday program.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • Proven experience in youth development, play work, or a related field.
