Bonded Stores Coordinator

Under a landmark partnering programme with the Ministry of Defence, we supply and maintain three fleets of aircraft to deliver Elementary and Multi-Engine Flying Training within the UK Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS). We have exciting opportunities for a Bonded Stores Coordinator to join our team at RAF Valley.

We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in working in a busy Supply Chain/Bonded Stores environment. You will assist with the running of the Bonded Store Area across multi-platforms of aircrafts, whilst ensuring compliance and adherence to all internal Company Procedures/Processes/Approvals and Airworthiness Regulations.

To be considered for this role it is essential for you to have:

- Previous experience of working within a busy Supply Chain/Bonded Stores Environment
- Experience and understanding of operations within a similar environment
- Experience with stock/tool control systems
- Experience of working within a diverse team including technical and non-technical personnel at geographically distant sites
- Previous knowledge and competence of receipting components covering aircraft parts, GSE and Commercial goods into the Bonded Stores

This is a full time, permanent position based on 40 hours a week working on a rotational shift basis with a salary of £25,000 per annum.

Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

If you’re successful, you will be required to undertake MOD Security clearance which includes 3 years’ reference checks, and you’ll need to verify your right to work in the UK and your driving licence as well.
