Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Program Coordinator to join our team at One YMCA. As a key member of our youth services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality youth programs and services to children and young people aged 5-18 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement youth programs and services that meet the needs of our community
  • Lead a team of youth workers to deliver youth and play work sessions
  • Work closely with the Airplay staff team, young people, and local RAF Community Support team to develop a holiday program
  • Manage and coordinate youth program logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of youth services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in youth program development and delivery
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
