Reporting into CFO, you ( Legal Counsel) will beproviding the full range of commercial legal support to our fast paced, growing business, on a global basis.

Legal Counsel

Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, from standard vendor agreements to complex multi-product, multi- jurisdictional licensing arrangements and SaaS / managed service agreements (including for both on-premise and cloud hosted software deployments.)

Advising stakeholders on legal matterswith respect to intellectual property law, privacy law, corporate governance, IT, software licensing, data security and cyberlaw issues.

Advising on legal issues regarding contracts and assisting with contract renewals
Assist in development of and implementation ofcompliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations
2 – 6 years commercial legal and/or intellectual property licensing experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience of general commercial contract drafting and negotiating
~ Familiarity with legal issues impacting provision of SaaS based companies and related services, including software licensing, development and integration, cloud computing, SaaS, and data related services
~ Outstanding legal writing and communication skills
~ Strong ability to work independently and exercise sound legal reasoning, analysis and judgment
~ Ability to assess risk and effectively communicate such risk to the business
