4Beauty are looking for an experienced Influencer & Social Media Engagement Specialist to create engaging content for all social channels Working alongside the marketing and ecommerce team, you will be responsible for creating engaging on trend content across all online platforms as well as dealing and building influencer relationships for the brand
:

What will you be responsible for?:

Social media

  • Ownership of brand social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YOUTUBE, Tiktok and LinkedIn from content creation to execution and reporting
  • Responsible for Social Media strategy for all brands that supports the overall Marketing strategy.
  • Managing content planner, social media campaigns, brand collaborations, competitions, grid and stories
  • Work with inhouse design team to create own channel social media content
  • Working to improve engagement with their existing fanbase through carefully curated content that interests our audience
  • Supporting ecommerce strategy to attract new followers to our social platforms
  • Answering consumer questions
  • Blog creation
  • Tracking and reporting

Management of brand influencer outreach programme

  • In depth understanding and experience of influencer marketing and affiliate schemes
  • Maintain and manage a database of influencers
  • Nurture existing influencer relationships online
  • Research and build new relevant partnerships with new influencers in new and existing categories
  • Maximise coverage from influencers
  • Manage any brand ambassador relationships

Content generation

  • Implement the content marketing strategy for all company brands across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Demonstrate excellent copy writing skills be confident at writing commercial, fit for purpose copy across both traditional and digital marketing platforms for both consumers and trade audiences which are aligned to brand guidelines
  • Be comfortable creating engaging content for our social channels and presenting in front of the camera
  • In collaboration with the in house design team create and adapt marketing content and material for brand marketing campaigns and channels in line with the annual marketing brand plans. Suitable for a variety of audiences, products and brands. Including video, trade sales collateral, brochures, instore POS, social media assets, web banners, promotional material, sales presentations, press releases

General Marketing Duties

  • Support trade customers and the sales team from a digital and marketing perspective, to drive sales via their stores / online sites.
  • Act as a brand champion for the company brand to ensure brand guidelines are relevant, maintained and developed throughout the company.
  • Launch and promote new Product Development, brand strategy.
  • Plan and attend brand and influencer events as required.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity, relevant industry trends, events and opportunities and share with relevant teams.

Experience Required;:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • A commercial awareness to maximise sales through creative and copy
  • A real passion for improving customer engagement, retention and repeat purchase.
  • Excellent knowledge of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YOUTUBE, and social scheduling tools.
  • Excellent organisation, project management, budget and planning skills, and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Be able to work confidently as part of a multidisciplinary team and take accountability for own work schedule
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal

Desirable:

  • Skincare background, or sound knowledge & passion of how to bring beauty brands to life
  • Marketing experience with a consumer brand
  • 3rd level marketing qualification in Marketing or business discipline
  • Experience managing several largescale projects at any one time
