Job Description:

As a Practice Director, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth and development of a new practice area within our consultancy. You will leverage your expertise in sales, architecture, digital strategy, product delivery, and artificial intelligence to build a strong practice that delivers exceptional value to our clients. The Practice Director will play a crucial role in defining the strategic direction, developing business opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth and Development: As the Practice Director , you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies to grow the practice area and expand our market presence.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, proposal development, and client presentations, to secure new clients and projects.
  • Architecture and Digital Strategy: Provide thought leadership in architecture and digital strategy, guiding clients in the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Product Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality products and services, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Drive the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence technologies within client solutions, staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with the company's values and objectives.
  • Market Insights: As a Practice Director, stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant and cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a consultancy, with a focus on growth, sales, architecture, digital strategy, product delivery, and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecture and digital strategy, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in business solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of consultants.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients.
