Job Purpose

  • Lead the tax function of this thriving firm.
  • Advise clients on overseas tax liabilities and efficiencies.

  • The leadership of the tax department, management of the team and oversight of workflow.

The office handles fees of c. £5m, with an approximate fee split of 50% audit fees and 50% tax, advisoryand accounting service fees.

What are we looking for?

  • A dynamic and motivated tax professional.
  • FCA or CIOT qualified or QBE.
  • Experienced in providing tax services for clients with turnovers between £1million and £100 million.
  • A firstclass communicator.
  • Experience of personal, corporate, and international tax matters.
  • An experienced people manager who can inspire and oversee the work of the tax department at a strategic level.
  • An accountant who can hit the ground running.
  • Commercial acumen and a keen eye for noticing and creating opportunities.
