Job Title: Corporate Tax Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for leading tax advisory projects and overseeing the delivery of our compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all tax advisory projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Oversee the delivery of our compliance function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax advice
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to inform our tax advisory services

Requirements:

  • CTA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax
  • Good working knowledge of capital allowances, corporate debt rules, group related corporate tax matters, partnerships, and tax accounting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
