Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled and driven Corporate Tax Director to join their dynamic team with a clear pathway to Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the Corporate Tax department, delivering exceptional tax services to a diverse client base.
- Provide strategic tax advice on business disposals and acquisitions to management teams and shareholders.
- Advise on management incentive plans, including Employee Share Option Schemes, Growth Share plans, and Employee Ownership trusts.
- Advise on corporate reorganisations, such as capital reduction and s110 demergers.
- Handle Enterprise Investment Scheme and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme advance assurance applications and provide advisory work.
- Provide expertise in structuring property acquisitions and disposals.
- Lead on projects, including tax valuations, due diligence, and international structuring.
About the Role:
This is a demanding and influential role, involving extensive client interaction with clients in the UK and internationally. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the partners, overseeing, managing, and guiding a team of corporate tax professionals, offering your support and expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
