What you'll be responsible for:

  • Responsible for providing an effective administrative function to the Estates & Facilities Community Team in relation to all leased & licensed property throughout the Trust.
  • To support the compliance and optimisation of the community Estate; reviewing the utilisation of the assets & highlighting opportunities for rationalisation as well as auditing and gathering evidence to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPI's and National Standards.
  • Maintaining comprehensive lease and compliance trackers

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written

  • Microsoft office skills
  • Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in remote working and maintaining selfdiscipline to meet deadlines
  • Previous NHS Experience
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle
