Lodge Park Business Centre offers small businesses prestigious 5 fully serviced office suites on our large business park based in Langham, close to the A12/A120 junction.


The role of our caretaker/housekeeper is vital to the success of Lodge Park Business Centre as you will be in regular contact with our customers and a key member of our customer service team.

Duties will be varied so flexibility is key but will include the following (full training will be provided for all duties)

  • Setting up multiple kitchens ready for use each morning and checking these, and our toilets, throughout the day to ensure general cleanliness is maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensuring all communal areas remain spotlessly clean.
  • Visually inspecting all the buildings both internally and externally daily for any potential issues, e.g. light bulbs which have failed / warning beacons on outside equipment.
  • Delivering parcels to tenants offices.
  • Coordinating with our maintenance technicians to show them any issues you may have discovered.
  • Descaling the coffee machines.
  • Ensuring our outside waste bins have been emptied on the correct day.
  • Topping up supplies within kitchens and toilets, paper within the photocopier and emptying the shredder.
  • Carrying out monthly legionella testing and emergency light testing (full training will be given).
  • Assisting the estate team with weekly fire alarm testing.
This position is full time, Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch break. We offer 25 days holiday per year.

£11.00-£13.00 per hour
