MIT:

Must have a driving license and car to visit multiple location within ESNEFT. Travel to these locations can be claimed under expenses.

Previous experience working as admin in a building management environment for the purpose of organising/scheduling work for maintenance staff - cleaners,builders etc.


Essential criteria:

  • Driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Proven experience in NHS Estates or Estates/building management/project work
  • Working in a pressured environment working on a range of tasks simultaneously
  • Experience of working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience of remote working and maintaining selfdiscipline to meet deadlines
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to analyse information and display findings
  • Responsible for providing an effective administrative function to the Estates & Facilities Community Team in relation to all leased & licensed property throughout the Trust.
  • To support the compliance and optimisation of the community Estate; reviewing the utilisation of the assets & highlighting opportunities for rationalisation as well as auditing and gathering evidence to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPI's and National Standards.
  • Maintaining comprehensive lease and compliance trackers
  • Maintaining the content of the Community Leased Property Intranet page
  • Collate, analyse and disseminate learning from delivered projects, ensuring evidence is secured and amendments made to templates for future.
