We have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Advisor.


Based in our Portbury Warehouse in Bristol, you will sit with a small team of operational staff, supporting our Customer Services larger team who are based in our Bath office.


We are looking for someone who enjoys a busy environment, working as part of a team, prides themselves on providing good customer service and has excellent attention to detail.

Experience of working in customer service or administration and good IT skills would be a bonus.

The salary is £13.64 per hour, £27,659.93 per year.

We have an extensive benefits package which includes:
Discretionary Company bonus of up to £1000 per year.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the option to purchase 5 extra days.

Company Bonus scheme of 1% employee contribution and 7% Roper Rhodes contribution plus the option to increase this.
