Customer Service Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join Arco, the UK's leading integrated safety experts, as a Retail Sales Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding levels of customer service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring our stores are clean, tidy, and presentable.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Interact with customers, in-store, on the phone, and on customer visits, to promote our products and services and build strong relationships.
- Process customer transactions and respond to customer enquiries using our bespoke IT software.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to Arco's health and safety policies and procedures.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12, plus up to 10% annual bonus.
- 32 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience of working face-to-face with customers, preferably in a retail environment. You should have an understanding of what makes a great customer experience and be comfortable making promotional calls to business customers. You will also need to be flexible to cover colleague shifts and have a basic understanding of IT systems.
