Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and process calls to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Resolve customer issues over the phone, avoiding the need for on-site visits or item collection for repair
  • Liaise with internal colleagues and Service partners to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Undertake additional Service activities as requested by the Service Team Leader

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in a service-based role. As a Service Advisor, you will be part of a great team that supports each other and enjoys what they do. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and helping people.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.45pm.
