Responsibilities:
- Talent:
- Evaluate and enhance candidate journey.
- Utilize AI for recruitment processes.
- Manage career page and advertise roles.
- Develop recruitment campaigns.
- Work with recruiting managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Support with interviews, assessments, and candidate feedback.
- Organize recruitment events and apprenticeships.
- Headhunt top talent and manage recruitment KPIs.
- Build relationships with Universities/colleges and focus on internal mobility.
- Engagement:
- Roll out annual engagement plans.
- Implement health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Conduct surveys and align activities with workplace recognition plans.
- Focus on employee engagement and communication.
- People:
- Provide support to the People Director and team.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment and people engagement.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
- Passion for people engagement, creativity, and resilience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Location:
The People Team, Fragrance Quarters, Trafford Park, Manchester.
