About the Role

As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will manage high-profile probate and estate administration cases, including international assets and complex, high-value estates. Collaborate with the management team to optimize processes and achieve business objectives, while contributing to the continued success of the firm's distinguished Private Client department.


Key Responsibilities
  • Wills & Trusts (contentious and non-contentious)
  • Inheritance Tax Planning & Estate Management
  • Succession Planning, LPAs, and Probate
  • Handling complex cross-border tax and estate matters for UK and non-UK domiciled clients with high-value business, agricultural, and international properties.
  • You will collaborate with entrepreneurs, trustees, and landowners, providing expert advice on UK taxation, including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, while navigating intricate multi-jurisdictional transactions.


Candidate Profile
  • Senior Associate Solicitor/Partner with extensive Private Client experience
  • Minimum 8 years PQE, specialising in high-net-worth, complex cases
  • STEP qualification is a must
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Expertise in business development and a track record of achieving financial goals
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a dedication to excellence and lifelong learning
