Private Client Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to join our esteemed team at William James Recruitment. As a Private Client Partner, you will play a key role in managing high-profile probate and estate administration cases, including international assets and complex, high-value estates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of Wills & Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning & Estate Management, Succession Planning, LPAs, and Probate
  • Handle complex cross-border tax and estate matters for UK and non-UK domiciled clients with high-value business, agricultural, and international properties
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs, trustees, and landowners to provide expert advice on UK taxation, including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, while navigating intricate multi-jurisdictional transactions
Candidate Profile
  • Private Client Senior Associate/Partner with at least 8 years post qualification experience
  • STEP qualification is essential
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Expertise in business development and a track record of achieving financial goals
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a dedication to excellence and lifelong learning
