Job Summary

Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain to lead our Logistics and Distribution Procurement efforts across the UK. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Logistics and Warehouse category strategy on a global level, leading the implementation of Supplier Relationship Management and suppliers evaluation processes, and engaging with suppliers to present innovation and cost efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Logistics and Warehouse category strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the implementation of Supplier Relationship Management and suppliers evaluation processes to ensure best-in-class service from our logistic and warehouse providers
  • Engage with suppliers to present innovation and cost efficiency projects, and negotiate contracts that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement tools such as Spend Management, eRFx, and eContract
  • Ensure total cost of ownership is optimized while maintaining high-quality service from our logistic and warehouse providers
  • Drive the quality and impact of Procurement across the organization

Requirements

  • Logistics and Warehouse Category experience is essential
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale 'cradle to grave' sourcing projects within Logistics Procurement is critical
  • Proven experience in working in a fast-moving and result-driven environment that demands working under pressure
  • A background in FMCG is preferable but not essential
  • Capacity to build trustful relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven team leadership skills and ability to manage remotely
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a truly global organization
