Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to adults who are unable to live independently.
  • Assist adults living in the community, such as visits to the shops, doctor's appointments and social occasions.
  • Provide a range of personal care services for adults.
  • Support children and young people who have suffered serious accidents or lifethreatening diseases and their families.
  • Meet with other care experts to collect and share information about the patient's condition.
  • Improve the quality of life for patients by providing them with support and care.

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
