We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our dynamic mental health team in Bradford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing positive mental health recovery support and housing-related support to individuals in their own homes or other settings.

Key responsibilities include engaging with service users, building trusting therapeutic relationships, and offering practical and emotional support to enable them to live independently.
