Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for stock control and distribution of engineers equipment and uniform
- Liaise with companies to order and supply engineer equipment
- Assist Operations Manager and Technical Manager with operational duties
- Ensuring, through accurate record keeping, Engineer Health and safety qualifications are up to date.
- Keeping Engineer equipment legal and calibrated
- Arranging Fleet service/MOT bookings and hire vehicles
- Engineer Hotel Bookings
- Assist Technical Manager with planning of engineer Audits
- Assign Regional Partner work to Franchisee engineers
- Keep track of and ensure Regional partner work is being completed in a timely manner
- General Office support

- Report to the Operations manager either formally or informally on a daily/weekly basis as required.
- Ensure management are in possession of all relevant statistics and information to maximise and coordinate the company's operational efforts.
- Ensure effective use of all work time.
- Attend operations meeting and training courses as necessary.
- Liaise within operations and with sales departments to maintain clear communication.
