We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Co-ordinator to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Duty Management Team, ensuring the property runs smoothly and safely for staff, volunteers, and visitors.
- Support a variety of projects and initiatives, offering advice and guidance to ensure best practice in business support.
- Be the key point of contact for schools and group visits, building strong relationships and ensuring these visits run smoothly.
- Champion best practice in business support, challenging the norm when necessary to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a business support environment, with facilities or office supervision responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with a flexible and customer-focused approach.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize own workload, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Advanced IT skills.
