  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Duty Management Team, ensuring the property runs smoothly and safely for staff, volunteers, and visitors.
  • Support a variety of projects and initiatives, offering advice and guidance to ensure best practice in business support.
  • Be the key point of contact for schools and group visits, building strong relationships and ensuring these visits run smoothly.
  • Champion best practice in business support, challenging the norm when necessary to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a business support environment, with facilities or office supervision responsibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with a flexible and customer-focused approach.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize own workload, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Advanced IT skills.
