We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Coordinator at Imperial Haus, an award-winning bar in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing events, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Motivate and manage bar and floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Events: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage events, and generate revenue through promotions and parties.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the opening and closing of the venue, maintain stock control, and ensure efficient ordering and preparation for weekends.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer has a unique and enjoyable experience, maintaining attention to detail and high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Driving license (desirable).
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £24,000 - £35,000 per year.
