About the role:
We're seeking a General Manager to oversee operations in Crawley and manage various contracts focusing on repairs, maintenance, and business expansion. This role involves remote team management across the West Sussex area.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Operational and Commercial practices, with a strong focus on residential and public facilities. You should excel in motivating teams, driving performance, and fostering growth. Additionally, financial acumen, property compliance knowledge, and negotiation skills are essential.
Essential requirements for the role:
- Experience in P&L management
- Current H&S Qualification (e.g. IOSH / NEBOSH)
- Leadership background in managing skilled teams
- Ability to commute easily to Crawley Office
Key responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship
- Set targets aligned with company strategy
- Cultivate strong client relationships
- Ensure customer-centric operations
- Oversee cost control and operational efficiency
