We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Team Support Administrator to work with us at Thurlow House.

We are part of the Children's, Family and Young Persons (CFYP) Care Group within the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust.

We are pleased to offer this post on a substantive and full-time basis.

Main duties of the job:

The successful applicant must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.

They must also have excellent customer service skills and experience of working within an administrative role, be a competent typist and have a good understanding of the grammar and punctuation.


The successful applicant will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.

The main tasks of the role would include Referral Management and Triage Administrative Support.
