Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Team Leader to join our Mental Health Liaison Team (MHLT) at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), Kings Lynn. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be committed to ongoing service and clinical development, inclusive of service user/carer involvement, to ensure the effective implementation and sustained delivery of MHLT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with key performance indicators and develop Quality Improvement initiatives to improve outcomes.
  • Operational management of a range of aspects of service delivery within the team and clinical/managerial supervision of team members.
  • Provide professional governance and leadership within the area, cover one clinical duty per week, and join the rota for Duty Senior Nurse (DSN).
  • Deputise for the Service Manager or Matron as required.
