Role description The Strategic Transformation Lead, part of the Strategy team, focuses on corporate strategy and explores new business opportunities in areas like payments, securities, and FX.

At Swift, you'll tackle challenging issues in financial services and technology, contributing to our mission of providing seamless payments through a multi-asset platform.

What to expect:

  • Stay updated on market trends influencing the payments, securities, trade & FX landscape.
  • Be a thought leader with a good grasp of market dynamics, trends, and competition, including regional distinctions.
  • Engage with industry players, such as banks, fintechs, and market infrastructures.
  • Lead market and internal data analysis to understand positioning in key customer segments.
  • Drive alignment on product readiness, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Create and validate new product concepts based on customer needs, crafting compelling value narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • Define detailed product specifications and business cases, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Manage product launches, marketing plans, and commercialization strategies.
  • Align product strategies with product managers, go-to-market teams, and commercial divisions.

What will make you successful?

  • Professional experience of 7+ years, including time in a top Management Consulting firm.
  • Experience in Payments, FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytics skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, including crafting compelling presentations.
  • Passion for developing customer-centric strategies and products.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA from a reputable business school is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
