Role Overview:

In the capacity of the Transformation and Strategy Manager, you will oversee the transformation strategy, refine operational plans, prioritize initiatives, and provide support to regional teams. This position requires collaboration with and constructive challenge to senior internal stakeholders to ensure program coherence while driving strategic initiatives as outlined by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will assist the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in facilitating key executive committees (e.g., Strategy, Transformation, Investment, ESG, etc.). This role is ideal for individuals who possess both strategic insight and practical execution capabilities, with the flexibility to shift from leading specific projects to providing support in various areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transformation strategy, refine operational plans, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts; enhance and challenge recommendations.
  • Collaborate with and challenge senior internal stakeholders to ensure program coherence.
  • Lead strategic initiatives as defined by the ELT (e.g., strategic assessments, business investment proposals).
  • Assist committees in preparing materials for monthly ELT meetings (e.g., strategic assessments, procurement, investment).
  • Ensure the effectiveness of ELTs, GBRs, and CBRs, adhering to the agenda and following up on actions.
  • Adapt responsibilities in alignment with team and organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting (project management experience is preferred).
  • Alternatively, 2-3 years in consulting followed by substantial experience in corporate strategy, transformation, private equity, or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing transformation initiatives.
  • Preferred experience in private equity (during or post-consulting).
  • Strategic thinker with robust execution skills.
  • Ability to navigate between leadership and support roles effectively.
  • Willingness to engage deeply with details.
