Subsequently, we have identified the need for a Head of Marketing to join the senior team and play a vital role in expanding the Company's reach and maximising our market impact.

Summary Statement of Job:

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Head of Marketing is a senior position, responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing strategy, from planning and development to execution and analysis. This role will involve driving brand awareness, expanding market share, and enhancing customer engagement through a variety of channels.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other department heads to ensure that the marketing strategies align with the company's overall objectives and goals.

The Role:

  • In conjunction with the SMT, Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Lead the execution of campaigns that enhance brand visibility and stimulate business growth.
  • Be responsible for the creation of all marketing materials, including digital content, print media, and direct marketing efforts.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting plans as necessary.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and external agencies to enhance the organisation's public profile.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry developments to keep the marketing approach fresh and relevant.
  • Develop communication plans for target audiences with a focus on building and developing customer relationships
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, lead handoff and reporting results of sales and lead generation campaigns
  • Organise and attend key industry events such as conferences, seminars, virtual events and exhibitions
  • Maintain and update the CRM and integrated marketing databases
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns and SEO to ensure the platforms are being used correctly and effectively

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • 3rd Level qualification in Marketing or a related discipline or demonstratable experience
  • 3 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in producing marketing reports, tracking KPIs and feeding back recommendations
  • Ability to up level and communicate customer findings to the broader internal teams in order to influence development
