Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales teams in our Head Office in Derry and Belfast Office. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with both potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Order Processing and Record Keeping: Process orders, record, and update customer records and relevant data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market information to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Liaison with Team Manager: Collaborate with the Team Manager to ensure adherence to the company's pricing policy and credit control procedures.
- Marketing and Administration: Assist in the general marketing of the company's services, including promotional activities, and perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Target-Driven: Be highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
- Reporting and Presentation Skills: Good reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze data and present findings.
- Experience: Experience in telesales is an advantage, but not essential.
Salary: £12.00 per hour, equivalent to £24,960 per annum.
