Role: Strategic Partner Manager, Carriers, Hardware Partnerships
Duration: From 1st July to the end of March 25
Location: London
Bonus: Company Plan (paid yearly)
Working schedule: Hybrid 3 days a week in the office
Salary: £50 per hour
Summary:
Manage relationships with multiple high stakes partners as a key contributor to drive broader partner strategy.
Contribute to the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business development agreements that drive results
Contribute to the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business development agreements that drive PA results.
Contribute to account/partner scoping, development, and prospecting decisions and manage account priorities and allocation of resources.
Own budgetary requirements and technical and business justification to meet project requirements.
Allocate resources within projects, informing and escalating appropriately when external factors impact execution.
Influence across the team and with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to align resources and direction for go-to-market strategy and/or partner initiatives.
Develop rich relationships, internally and externally, and manage relationships with partners, acting as a primary contact for a partner list.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the introduction and management of hardware products, sales planning and forecasting, promotional planning, merchandising and day-to-day account management of UK carriers.
- Set targets for product tier volumes, market share goals and channel execution.
- Serve as the primary internal and external interface from a sales and day-to-day account management perspective.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders/teams to drive the best partner experience and ensure product excellence.
- Deal execution and Partner Management - Drive end-to-end partner experience to ensure deal integration which includes negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing on account plans, pitching to partners, resolving partner issues, and advocating on behalf of partner.
- Product and Partnership strategy development - Drive partner strategy, including new partner and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Solid industry experience in the carrier/online sector.
- Solid work experience in sales or account management with consumer electronics or similar manufacturer, or experience working at a telecommunications company on device business and/or retail operations/management.
- Consultative skills and Relationship building
- Data-driven analysis and reporting
- Operations management strategy - Ability to leverage standards-based business practices to ensure materials, equipment, and technology deliver efficient and effective business outcomes.
